No Bake Oreo Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache
Simple no bake Oreo cheesecake recipe with chocolate-vanilla cream cheese filling, finished with thick layer of ganache, as simple as that.The cheesecake turned out really good from very first test and I decided not to change anything except for adding a layer of crushed cookies in between the vanilla and chocolate fillings. This step can be skipped if preferred , or you can add those same crushed cookie crumbs to the filing and mix it in.Use your own imagination to mix and match the flavors ,the cheesecake will still turn out perfect .Let's get to the recipe and make the most delicious , light and creamy no bake Oreo cheesecake !
